2. Limited Usage Granted

JoomUnited grants you a non-exclusive license to use our products.
You have the right to use JoomUnited products on an unlimited number of websites. You can download the products as often as you need within the membership period.

3. License

4. Modifications

You are allowed to make any modifications to our products to improve and get a better

All during your membership and depending on which product membership you bought, you will be able to update the product that you buy.

6. Delivery

After we received your payment for the JoomUnited membership product, you will receive an email to your providing email.

7. No assignable

You may not sub-subscribe, assign, or transfer this subscription unless you have validation from one of the JoomUnited staff members.

8. Damages

JoomUnited is not responsible for any damages or consequential damages, losses.

9. Warranty

JoomUnited disclaims all warranties of any kind. We will not assume any issue from a third component or template

10. Affiliate accounts

JoomUnited is paying affiliate fees according to the affiliate terms mentioned in the affiliate area, meaning automatically once you reach a minimum of $100.
Every action performed which isn’t compliant with the rules, any type of illegal activity designed with the intention to cheat users, buyers or companies will result in an affiliate account closing with any payouts or notifications.

Affiliate fraud inclusion:

  • Affiliate fraud methods that use fake content or coupon
  • Direct/Redirect link to any page of our domain from search engine advertising tools (Google Ads like)
  • Direct/Redirect link to any page of our domain from search engine advertising tools using our brand name to a fake user

Affiliate coupon websites:

  • We do not accept coupon content websites as an affiliate if that website is a coupon list and does not describe and review, our product and/or company
  • We do not accept coupon listing websites as an affiliate if that website contains a Direct/Redirect link to any page of our domain from search engine advertising tools (Google Ads like)

11. JoomUnited file preview service

Joomunited provides a file preview generation service using its own servers. This service is provided for free and may be restricted or canceled at any time in case of abusive usage at JoomUnited's convenience.

12. Non-GPL Content Disclaimer

The software provided through our WordPress plugins and Joomla extensions is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL), as indicated in the license documentation accompanying the software. However, please note that certain assets, including but not limited to images, graphics, logos, and other visual elements (collectively referred to as "Non-GPL Content"), are not covered under the GPL license.

The Non-GPL Content provided with or within our software is licensed separately and remains the intellectual property of JoomUnited LLC or its respective licensors. The use, distribution, reproduction, or modification of these assets is strictly governed by the terms specified below:

1. Permitted Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Non-GPL Content solely in connection with your lawful use of the software.

2. Prohibited Actions: You may not:

  • Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Non-GPL Content available to third parties without explicit written consent from JoomUnited LLC.
  • Use the Non-GPL Content in any manner that suggests endorsement or association with any product, service, or entity without prior approval.
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Non-GPL Content, unless explicitly permitted by JoomUnited LLC.

4. Trademark Usage: Any trademarks, logos, or brand elements included in the Non-GPL Content are protected by trademark law and may not be used without prior written permission from JoomUnited LLC.

Separation of Licenses

To avoid any confusion, the separation of licenses means that while you may freely use, modify, and distribute the software under the GPL, the Non-GPL Content included with the software is governed by different legal terms. Your use of the Non-GPL Content is contingent upon your compliance with the terms set forth in this section.
