Download filter per user for all users

I've been checking the statistics section and its filters. I have seen that there is a filter by users, but it does not let me show the total file download statistics for all users. I see that I can only select one user at a time and download their statistics.

What we would like is to be able to download a list with all the users who have downloaded (and the list of their downloads) during a period of time.
