Reinforce the rule to the last URL slug in the download link.

Appending any random string to the download link will produce the same result. Example,
https://example.com/download/103/category/765/random-string1
https://example.com/download/103/category/765/random-string2

Both links will download the same file with an identical filename.

Currently, the download link functions the same regardless of any random string appended to the URL. This behavior does not align well with a security scan.

This feature is not implemented yet, but I'll add it to our feature request list and keep it in mind for future releases.
