Email Notification - to subscriber and other roles

Hi Use WP File Download and it would be great if I was able to use the "Email Notification" to inform Wordpress Subscribers that a file has been added, updated or deleted.

I use the WP File Download to hold files relating to a property sale. It is important the subscribers, and not just an editor or admin, knows if any documents have changed. This would be hugely beneficial to my use, m and I'm sure other, of the plugin.

I have attached a sample of what I mean.
