Needs to skip large files to make this plugin complete

I've been trying to get thumbnails on my site showing for 1000 images. Some are small, some are larger than 10Mb.

The thumbnail generation process keeps getting stuck on image 196. I cannot increase the available memory past 2Gb for this process.

I propose you add logic in that skips large files (above a file size that the user can specify) in order to give me enough control to show SOME of the thumbnails.

Even if I can get 800 to show, then I'll only have 200 images to manually create thumbnails for.

Please do this soon! I have many sites that could use this plugin.
