upload date vs change date

hey guys!

I've got a suggestion for you to improve your product:

when a document gets uploaded in the wp file download it gets an uploading date. additionally to this there is also a change date below the uploading date which makes sense when the document was changed on another date. but when a document is uploaded for the first time there aren't any changes, so this "change date" is the same as the "uploading date" and doesn't make sense to be displayed. so I'd like to have just the uploading date displayed to not confuse any user.
