Page Drafts included in Page list

The ability for pages which have a categories to be included in the category select option. Right now, it only allows posts that have a category to be included.

AND/OR

Page drafts to be seen in the page select, that way if you schedule a page to be published beforehand, you could also select which post block it will show up in once it gets published.
