group feature

hey guys!

I really love your plugin and I've got a feature request for you to make it even better:

my clients want to “group” team members, so e.g. in a school there are the teachers, the psychologist, the janitors, the cleaning staff… so it would be great if you could create groups and then while creating the members you can add them to one of more groups. it doesn't have to look this way of course but it could also look like this - see attachment. but it's very unhandy to create so many different teams and then manually inserting the shortcodes into one site, like I did it on the screenshot attached because my clients can't do it! they are not techies and they are just able to edit the team in the backend, not creating multiple teams and inserting multiple shortcodes in a site. I hope you understand my issue
