HI there. First of all, I want to know if Speed Cache works with K2.

And if so, can it refresh only updated pages on saving article?

Also, is it possible to leave some modules uncached?

This feature is exclusively available for Easy Blog.

Also, is it possible to leave some modules uncached?

In Speedcache, it is not possible to leave certain modules uncached.
