customer area with private file upload / public acces to specific files

I would like to set up a customer area on my website. On the one hand, general files should be publicly accessible to all customers. On the other hand, customers should be given the opportunity to upload their own files. These files may only be seen by the admin and must be invisible to other customers.
Is this possible with your tool?
