Hi,
I'm managing a site for my chior.
Today the choir members can login and download and/or listen to songs in our repetoar. I'm using Edocman. However there has been some problem with the player and Crome.
My webbhost helped me to put some code in so the player worked properly. With some changes audio preload=none controls instead of audio controls
This is ok but a problem and issu as soon as I have to update the extension. Will it work with the next uppload?
The webbhost adressed the problem to the webbsite (Joomla) not working as i should with Crome. Se below.
"We also have some info that should be passed on to the website developer:
It seems that the preload feature in Chrome-based browsers is broken, so it
It would be good to try to avoid it.
In Firefox, it works well to play mp3 files with Forefox's own media player.
You don't need to download the JavaScript player.
Safari no longer exists but is webkit, which is Chrome. Please check that the audio elements have
support"
Question: If I by your extension Dropfiles for my purposes, choir members playing/listening on site and downloading files, will it be any problems with the player in Chrome or other browser?
There is always a threshhold and effort to change to another system so it must be the right thing I get.
Thanks for your time!
