I am looking for a joomla 5 compatible app (Dropfiles?) that will allow me to create a drag and drop place on my website front page so that people can drag and drop a small video from their cell phone into my website (with a captcha) and it automatically loads the video up to a dropbox or google file storage..... Is this possible?

Yes, you can configure the upload form to allow users to upload files on the frontend.
While Captcha isn't integrated, public users or guests cannot upload files by default to help prevent spam.
However, you can grant upload permissions to specific users. For more details, please check here:
