Local video in gallery?

Yes, with the Droppics extension, you can manage videos as part of your galleries.
However, Droppics primarily supports video links for embedding, such as those from YouTube or Vimeo.

If you want to use a video stored locally (on your own server), you would need to upload that video file directly to your server
and then link it in Droppics as a media item.
