K2 integration

A week without answer!?!
And this in a forum called "PRESALES"!!!
I can not find any reliable data for alternative communication with the person, that developes this site.
And all thihs having in mind the promise of their Support Policy, saying that: "We guarantee a reply in a maximum of two business days.".

Please somebody tell me is this a joke?

I searched plugins and i see there are 3 installed with the extension. Please add it to your manual for next buyers

Also with what version of k2 does your extension work? Im asking bacause I have j2.5.11/k2 2.5.4 and although k2 items are saved, the map data that i entered below item description are not saved even though i dont get any error.
Update: The extension works only with new k2 items, not old ones
