marker being saved in the users folder so only the user can use there marker so not every user can use put a McDonalds logo every where

I'm not sure of getting what you mean, marker are only public (if you include them in a category of location).

Ok when you upload an image for a marker it saves in images folder and everyone can use it thats not good because if you have a personal logo that you want to keep private everyone can select it and use it I would like the image marker uploaded to be saved in users folder to keep it private or have the option to do this .This would be an improvement for my maps

OK got it, we already put markers in a separate folder but indeed it under the /image folder.

I have many users and I want them to have there own logo so they are unique and no one else can use there logo.

This require some custom work to be done on the component. Image folders are called at multiple places.
