My Maps Location: Some technical Questions

Is my maps location compatible with joomla version 5.1?
Yes they are compatible with joomla 5.1.

Is it possible to draw a free-drawn coloured area on the map?
You can create kml and using kml you can draw colored area.

New locations can be easily created using GPS data?
GPS data need to import to csv and then you can create location using csv.
