Can i show tags from Joomla articles in specified categories and subcategories?

I'm not sure to understand very well, Tag transform is a module only.

No, i mean what i asked I want to show module under menu item 'category blog' where showing articles from category 'news'. And i want show in module tags from articles belong to 'news'. I have tags under other articles in other categories, but i dont want to show them in my situation. My english is bad, so hard to explain

OK no problem
You can't do that with the module as it always load all the Joomla tags, not only the category related.
