uploading files and APIs

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

I would like to as before purchasing if the user who has specific role will be able to upload files to folder that he have access into it.

And If the plugin can give APIs because my website have mobile app using Wordpress APIs

You can restrict users to upload files to specific categories both frontend and backend in WP File Download plugin.
However, WP APIs is not supported in our plugin currently.
