Display prolem in Chrome and Safari

Hi,
I’ve created two blocks, with the same settings, to display the last news on our website (https://www.ultratraillo.com/ ).
The first block id for the Italian version, the second one for the English version.
The block for the English version works fine on Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
The block in the Italian Version works fine only on Firefox. Using Chrome or Safari there are visualization issues with the images and the arrows as you can see in the attachments.
Any suggestions?

It could conflict with your cache plugin, please try to disable it and let us know the result.
