installed wp latest post plugin to test it but is not showing any of my 7 posts - get message 'No content has been found here, sorry ''
Content Source is selected all category

It's something wrong on your site. Please tell us which multi-language plugin are you using?
And try to disable other plugins. By the way, can you see the block on frontend?
