ACF support to upload files

I need to have possibility to upload files by using my ACF fields.
On your web site mentioned: "Advanced Custom Fields and ACF Pro fully compatible. Manage and insert files while creating your WordPress custom fields."

So my questions is:
1) How it will be possible to setup new field connected with your WP Download library ?
2) In Media library files in cause of some net interruprion does need to reupload file totaly. It will be upload after reconnection. I need to upload big file more than 4Gb. Is your plugin provide also such of functionality ?

Our WP Download library currently only supports the existing fields provided by the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin.
We have added the ability to set up new custom fields to our list of potential future enhancements.

Our plugin does not support the functionality to resume large file uploads (over 4GB) after a network interruption.
We only work with standard media file sizes within the WordPress ecosystem.

Please take note that our WP Media Folder plugin is built upon the default WP media library.
Its purpose is to provide virtual folders for efficient media management within the library.
