I use the PDF Embedder plugin (https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/pdf-embedder/). You have implemented something similar. Is there no conflict with these plugins? Can I disable your plugin if there is a conflict between plugins?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

I use the PDF Embedder plugin (https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/pdf-embedder/). You have implemented something similar. Is there no conflict with these plugins? Can I disable your plugin if there is a conflict between plugins?

Based on my experience, you can use both the PDF Embedder plugin and WP Media Folder simultaneously.
However, for previewing PDF files directly in the editor, I recommend using WP Media Folder
as it provides an easy way to embed PDFs and offers extensive cloud storage integration options.

If you have further questions, you can reach us at any time using the presale public forum (link: https://www.joomunited.com/support/pre-sales-forum)
or the personal ticket system and a technical person will handle your question privately: https://www.joomunited.com/support/helpdesk/viewtickets

Is there a “sandbox” to test plugin compatibility?
I would test your plugin for embedding as well, but without an acquisition I can't do that yet.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me with more information.

Currently, there is no "sandbox" or trial environment provided by JoomUnited for testing the plugin compatibility without prior acquisition.
However, you can explore the video demo and other resources on the official website if you're interested in seeing how WP Media Folder works before purchasing.

Here are the product page and document for further information:

It looks like you only provide embedding. I didn't find any additional settings: color change, download button.
Is the embedding based on pdf.js? Are you using the latest version of pdf.js where there are no vulnerabilities? Embedding via iframe?
It's important for me to have a fast embed that doesn't affect the whole site (styles and scripts should only be used on the page where the embed happens).
Is the embed optimized for mobile devices?
Is there a full screen mode for iphones (yes, this works on other plugins)?

With sandboxing in place, all questions would be answered on their own.

Those options have not implemented yet.

We are using pdf.js, not an iframe.

It works normally with quick response.

The embed is optimized for mobile devices. It fits the screen automatically and works well on our mobile devices.

Cheers,
