Hello,

In a project I am developing with WordPress, I have the following requirement: when a user uploads files through a file manager from the WordPress site’s frontend, these files are uploaded to a custom folder within wp-content/uploads/custom. Since I need this folder to sync with the WordPress media library, I would like to use your plugin, WP Media Folder. How does the synchronization option work? Ideally, I would like the synchronization to occur immediately after a file is uploaded to the custom folder. Does your plugin have this functionality? Or is synchronization handled through a cron job?

Thank you for your kind attention. I look forward to your response.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

Absolutely! With WP Media Folder, you can sync files from a folder in your Media Library to a folder on your server.
This synchronization doesn’t use a cron job; it instead operates through WP's scheduled events, which are part of the WordPress core.
For more detailed information, feel free to check out this link:

Cheers,
