Adding individual team member on different pages

1. Is it possible to post members without having to use an organizational chart? I see the word chart being used a lot and I just need to have the members listed in alphabetical order.

Yes, you can use Flat theme to list all members without a hierarchal chart. However, you should manually arrange the ordering.

2. I need to have a member profile posted on a couple of pages by themselves, without other members. Is this possible?

Only the admin can create charts and members in our plugin. So your users should be Admin role in this case.

I think I didn't explain my second question.

Can I place a member profile on different pages by themselves? Can I put member1 on pageA, pageB, and pageC. That member needs to be mentioned on three different pages.

As I said, only the admin role will have permission to create and add charts into posts/pages.
A member should be added to the chart to display on the frontend.
